Hardrocker, Hope you had a successful trip. I have been all around the state of TX this past two weeks and it makes me appreciate that I live in Austin. I was speaking with a couple of BTC distributors today and they told me that they received service on the lawsuit from K & B. I also was told that K & B received a TRO (temporary restraining order) against BTC, blocking them from terminating the distribution rights until such time as a hearing takes place. I believe this will happen soon, but it has the state in an uproar. One note regarding the announcement regarding BC. There are a number of manufacturers that have received similar requests to provide equipment (Network Gaming, GameTech International, GTech Holdings, etc). While a good sign to be invited, this does not yet indicate profits. Keep the faith, but it is still to early to celebrate. Do you follow any of the other bingo related gaming stocks? (Stuart Entertainment STUA, bingo & Gaming International BING, American Bingo & Gaming BNGO) Just curious. Have a good weekend. tgs59
