Steve.

Sorry I thought that everyone learned about the stock market using the ML tutorials.

The letter refers to risk. a is low, b is average, c above average
and D is high risk.

1 is buy, 2 accumulate, 3 neutral and 4 is sell. The first number
is short term, the second is long term, a year or so.

The third symbol refers to the dividends. 7,8 and 9 are, in he same order, the same or higher dividends, the next is the same or lower
and the last,9, is no dividends.

So D 1 1 7 is a risky stock with the best short and long term chance of appreciation: like a Standard and Poor 5 star.

I left out the answer to the second question. 170 is the price objective as of the date indicated.

Brazil shares seen up at open, off later on Asia

SAO PAULO, April 2 (Reuters) - Brazilian shares may tick up at Thursday's open recouping some after recent profit-taking but prices were likely to be weighed down later by Asia's overnight drop and uncertainty in world markets, brokers said.

''The market is still bad. The situation abroad is not stable,'' said a trader at local Santander brokerage.

Brazil's stocks fall, then rise in voltile trade

SAO PAULO, April 2 (Reuters) - Brazilian shares fell early than rebounded by midday Thursday in volatile trade as profit-taking was offset by rises in power stocks after utility Coelce's privatization, brokers said.

Traders said Telebras was weighed down by concerns regarding low phone rates being offered by competing cellular phone operators on Brazil's newly privatized B Band frequency.

''The buyers offered so small tariffs that nobody knows what can happen with state owned firms'', he added.
