Please excuse this interruption, but I would like to ask everyone to post a fast, convenient single number every evening or morning before the market opens.

A number between 1 and 5 indicates your intentions in the next market session.

Subject 20049

Every morning we can average the numbers from all posters to predict whether we, as a group, will be buyers or sellers. Like survey research, if we get a quality sample of posters we have a shot at predicting the performance of the session's opening hour.

Please take a quick look and participate in this experiment.

My apologies for this shameless promotion.

Thanks, peter michaelson

Ken:

Do you use MACD? Have you found any settings that say, work better than others? Do you use S&P futures? Do you know of particular stocks that trade well with futures? I've found AMAT to follow pretty closely -- looking for others, other than the obvious INTC,MSFT,DELL,CSCO, sometimes COMS.

Just wondering because your trading system is one of the more unique...

Darren

Ken,

Thank you for your very informative thread. I have been paper trading for about a month, and I also found if I watched the mm's too much I didn't do as well.

After getting set up with MB Trading, my intention was to get the trial subscription to MTrader. I downloaded the mIRC software and got connected via the undernet, but was banned after one day.

user-com@undernet.org gave the following explanation:
"Your whole ISP was banned, as many people from there were running an unsecured version of wingate. This allowed others to use those people's computers to attack other users on the Undernet Network"

I have written to my ISP, mediaone.ce.net, but they don't seem to have a solution, or they are not interested.

Finally, My Point:
Are there other users with the same problem and does anyone have a solution? Thanks ER

PS My cable connection is very good otherwise, and I would hate to lose it.
PSS I don't use wingate.
