Hedger,DOW THEORY at works, looks at charts of DML and FLK. Who says charts is not working. Charles Dow taught me how to use charts to forecast security prices.

FLK breakout that RECTAGULAR shape 'W", which was in retracement mode, and confirmed its up trend and price continue move higher and hit new hi yesterday.

DML breakout that $2.40, "W" shape which was in retracement mode {confirmed by yesterday closed price at $2.55 far above $2.40 with 425,000 large volume.], and confirmed its up trend, watch the price will continue move higher and will hit new hi.

Next MGD, MGD was formatting that "W" shape which was in retracement mode [from hi of 23 to 15-16 ]. MGD is ready for a breakout that "W" shape, and will confirm its up trend pattern, and price will move higher and hi new hi.

NEXT is CWA. CWA has been in its retracment mode after that 17-18 areas. Watch that retacement ended, and will take up to that 25-26 areas, and will confirm its up trend pattern and price will move higher and hit new hi.

Watch VSE will break that 640, sooner rather latter, as gold moved back up that important US$$ 300.00, and will confirm its up trend patterns, and VSE index will move higher and hit new hi.

By the way, DOW THEORY IS ALSO CALLED TREND THEORY, A VERY POWERFUL TOOL TO FORECAST STOCK PRICES. however, not any method of forecast is INFALLIBLE. This is just only my thoughts.

Regards. John
