Well Phil thanks,and you may be right and you may be wrong,even my broker doesn't know if it is in the bag(but he himself has bought into TALK).The reason he is taking the chance is that the "tipster" has a great track record of being right. My broker is a neat guy,totally honorable,and has been a broker to me and family for 25years ,if you look at the core longs in my profile you will see he is not a risk taker(they are all his picks).So,what the heck,I said O.K. to his suggestion,we think at worst we will probably break even.I should note that the T holding,he did exit at about 45(Ithink)and then re-entered in 97 at about 32.So we will see on April 10th.But if this does not pan out I will not be mad at my broker--by becoming an investor myself recently I have come to realize that shorterm trading is adapt and adjust,and sometime take "a flyer".Thanks for your concern,Phil.Good Luck to you.Max
