PEngr is back!

Though it's a bit scary, I find myself in agreement with much of what he says. DO probably is undervalued compared with RIG, and I think both ESV and GLM probably are undervalued compared with NE. I'm much less sure about the PTEN spurt from 12 to 20. That may take awhile unless we get seriously higher oil & gas prices.
