No wonder you post when you do. Where are you? I thought Hawaii was 2 hours behind, so you must be on an atoll somewhere in the Pacific.

I did listen to the cc, though missed the first few minutes.

Those asking questions (that I caught) were from: Volpe, Brown; Pacific Growth; Lehman Brothers; our own Charlie Smith; JPMorgan; and Dean Witter.

The divestitures will mean a reduction in head count by 200 to 225, bringing the total employees to 1500.

Investment Services is not being sold. this is part of the 5B, and will tie to portfolio accounting ability. Charlie will explain this as it was his question. Banks want more than transactions --- they want value-added services. Some non-banks are buying it, too.

"High Net Worth" is already rolling out. Not sure what this is.

They hid behind "quiet period, no comment" when asked about AT&T and AMEX.

April 29 is the earnings conference call.
