When was the vote to double? And what were the outstanding shares then?

Altaf:

Speaking of 'vote on doubling of shares',it could be that ORBI is
getting ready for a 2-1 split, you think?? I think it could very well
happen if the price goes above $50.00.

As for the impact of dilution due to the secondary offering,I think
it will be very minimal if any.

Would there be an anticipated dilution concern? i.e., price buckling because of added o/s shares. I suppose the number being issued is small compared to present o/s shares but recall ORBI's vote on doubling the amount shares it can issue.

No, I don't think so since ORBI's only issuing 8-9% more shares. There might be some short-term flipping but there doesn't appear to be much of a planned discount and even if there were it wouldn't last long. As far as doubling the authorized number of shares, that's probably setting us up for a split.
