Larry, there is no way to excuse it. If they would have enriched themselves with shares (options converted at $10) that would have been a different thing. Zeev has brought up management preening a number of times before. That however is the least of IPM's problems at this time IMO.

Don't know what all he did, but he was with IPM for more than 6 months of 1997. I met and talked with him at the AGM.
