MGR and MAC are currently talking to find a quick resolution to this. We both recognize that a speedy solution benefits us both. It would also speak volumes on doing business in Mongolia.

Phil, I think Dave wants us to avoid rocking the boat for the time being. That's OK with me but "a speedy resolution" might be optimistic for this problem that has been simmering for about one year. I have little patience for a deadbeat whether for child support or for business contribution. MAC happens to be in my and your pocket right now and it doesn't feel good.

Questions for Dave. Why did MGR go with a partnership arrangement for Bumbat and why does the partner have 51%? Is this a Mongolian requirement? Are there tax or other commercial benefits? Who has controlling vote on the management committee? Are any of the MAC principals connected to Mongolian government officials? Bumbat,IMHO, is the backbone of MGR. I want to see it secured as quickly as possible.

Thanks and Regards, Pete
