MM,
I'm thinking UPR would not allow NAE to release any data that could show the size and content of UPR's "mother load" helium fields. It is in character with their whole attitude of secrecy and non-disclosure which they show in their dealings with everyone.

If Shoemocker is up to no good he is probably doing it on his own and to benefit himself, is that possible? Because I don't see how it could do UPR any good. It would not be in UPR's interests at all to hurt NAE. If EM-Sounder can find gas/helium better than any other method then they would want NAE to be the exploration company to do it. But if an individual officer at UPR had interests that differ from what would benefit UPR he might try to change things. It seemed in the past Shoemocker was up to that very thing trying to derail the talks they were having before.
