You just got to love it,Master of understatement PART III - NARRATIVE State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-KSB, 20-F, 11-K, 10-QSB or N-SAR or the transition report or portion thereof could not be filed within the prescribed period. Registrant has conducted substantial operations and has expanded significantly during the quarter under consideration. For this reason, it has been unable to compile the required information into such a format so as to allow final review by senior management prior to a more timely filing. Bottom line they have fifteen days,and according to Mr Fischer they will meet that deadline.All financial data will be in, Audits, reviews etc. This will open the way for the stockholders meeting to be held May 26th. Your comments towards the end and they seem to imply that I'm naysaying the stock, my only comment - reread my two posts yesterday. The filing I've read and understand. The reason it was posted was to clarify any misunderstanding about the reason for the filing. I've been buying the various options in this stock for some time now and simply because I don't post often, doesn't mean I'm here knocking this stock. As far as research, it's already been done, now its simply a waiting game. BTW if you haven't requested their investors package, it's worth the time to call. Enjoy. Vipul
