PEngr resurfacing isn't a bad sign. The guy always seems to know what he's talking about. (Kinda like our own dogman.)
If memory serves correctly, he just called the downturn back in OCT, which none of us liked hearing at the time.

Also interesting that he mentioned SEV. This is the third time in 2 weeks someone has mentioned that stock. According to their history and potential fields, they seem worth a look.

I don't see how it could shoot them in the foot. they are only building deepwater semi's and only for L-T K before they build---NO SPEC BUILDS!!! So the rigs are payed for when they finish their K. ie- No debt!!!!
