To all: I just spoke with Dr. Stuhlmuller who is the contact person for the upcoming Circulatory System Devices Panel and he confirmed that the panel only makes recommendations for approval or disapproval to the Agency. He said there was no time frame for how soon the Agency would follow through. Obviously the stock will make its move based on the recommendation so April 24th is still THE DAY.
