Boy I sure wish I would have known that AMZN had 30% shorts yesterday before I bought my puts because I would have never done it. Thank you for the web site on the NASDAQ shorts. Very, very helpful. I see that with 3,565,482 shorts on AMZN that I am screwed. Only 1,386,900 traded today meaning that at most 1/3 of the shorts have been squeezed out so far. Oops forgot about yesterday. Not sure how many traded yesterday, but lets say at best 2/3 total have been squeezed out. That means tomorrow will be ugly for me. We will probably see Amazon hit in the hundreds. God I hope I'm wrong though. What a mistake. The only reason I moved without a definite reversal is because Amazon moves too quickly. You have to try to act before it does. You blink and it has already reversed and is down five and on its way back up, or as today you blink and it is up five. I'm just glad my loss is limited to my initial investment on my puts unlike those folks who are getting squeezed. I kind of feel sorry for those folks who are getting squeezed out of Amazon they are losing there ass in some crappy stock that should be crashing down to about $20 a share. Oh by way how often is the short interest updated on that site. Once a month? And if so what day? Does anyone know of a site providing more frequent updates than every month or is that the best that is out there? Take care all.
