>would you not agree we are UNDERVALUED at current levels. just because its a penny stock does not mean it is undervalued. NETZ likes to crow about the SIM aquisition as their number one asset and source of revenue- yet nearly everyone who was originally with SIM has resigned in disgust. we have no audited financial statements, so there could be 500 million shares outstanding, or there could be unbelievable amounts of debt, or hayton could have emptied the bank account and gone back to australia to escape yet another run-in for securities fraud. we just don't know. and until we do know, saying this stock is undervalued is just hyping. it could very well be grossly OVERVALUED.
