To make Pacific Rim mining attractive to investors, there must be some promise that the company's stock will be worth appreciably more in the future.

Fuel cells and the colour of the official Berkshire Hathaway tie are secondary -- unless we have a firm resource calculation and serious chances of development, the stock isn't suddenly going to hit $10.
