Ken --

Thanks for digging into the Florida documents. It's great to compare notes on this sort of thing.

I think (but I'm not sure) that all or most of the Martin Swarzman references are to the same person. For example, the diagnostic imaging companies fit in perfectly with the HNLY predecessor company, Advent Technologies, Inc.

One of the female first names found in the Florida database is the same as one the LEXIS P-TRAK file shows for a resident of Martin B. Swarzman's household. Her name also shows up with Martin B. Swarzman's on the "Officer/Director Detail Screen" for Gables Development Corp.

The possibility of a New York connection comes from LEXIS P-TRAK, and from the coincidence that Gables Development Corp. and Shore Management Properties, Inc. seem to be real estate companies when the Mr. Swarzman from New York was a real estate developer.

I also thought the description of Mr. Swarzman's background in the Advent Technologies Form 10-KSB was suspiciously vague: "Martin Swarzman has been the Registrant's President and a member of its Board of Directors since May 1991. Prior thereto Mr. Swarzman was a self employed investor and consultant." That's not much of a biography for a guy in his 60s!
