No, not same as credit cards...

A credit card purchase tells you NOTHING about the buyer except their name and what they bought. VIAS/MC cannot tell the government or a company how often you use it or when, or whether you even open the box. WAVX however can record your daily on-line behavior practically down to the keystroke. In other words, the behaviors being monitored are much more intimate, AND in realtime.
