you're right OC actually there are 7.4 Billion shares outstanding thats an educated figure to "pull out of a hat" FACT ***on MARCH 2 ESVS REPORTED 47.5 MM shares on ZULU outstanding unless the auditors of ESVS lied by 450 Million as you suggest _______ The ZULU-tek Common Stock currently trades on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board under the symbol "NETZ". As of March 2, 1998, there were 47,579,910 shares of ZULU-tek Common Stock outstanding and 10,753,037 shares of ZULU-tek Common Stock reserved for issuance. The ZULU-tek Preferred exchanged in the Transactions is non-voting except in certain corporate reorganizations, mergers and similar matters and in such instances, each share entitles the holder to fifty votes per share.
