Frank, I hope you are right and the something that is up will be the stock price in the near future. Looking forward to the day Tom starts posting again to tell us where to buy Trudef and all that he has been able to get us some real $$$ that won't back out on us like Singer seemed to have done. i think the profit to Tmm on elvis was only $4-$6 bucks...and the court pay-off was $1,250 ! i agree, they are working on something, and i am hoping they pull it off...the stock price wont move, apparently, until something is firmed up beyond where we are now why did they want 30days more for the bk thing ? jackson HAS to come to a head, soon ! and ISI to be resolved, somehow...that is why i have been saying (this last go around), that it wont be much longer before something happens, once and for all jp
