Eric, I doubt that the poor earnings surprise on SMTK will hold that stock down for too long, now up $2.30 from the open as of about 10 AM.

It is my understanding that Joe protected the SMTK shares with puts at the $25 level. So our ass is covered below that point. That was a smart (no pun intended) move on his part.
