Ref: Level 3 Communications (LVLT). They were owned by peter kiewitt and sons, inc. OTC:(KIWT). The class D (I think that's the right class) shares of KIWT is what became LVLT. KIWT is a construction, infrastructure..... company based in colorado. LVLT is spending $3 B in laying down thousands of miles of fibre optic cables to form an communications/internet throughway. This vison is driven by former employees of MFS communication (swallowed by WCOM). I'll post when I get more. Shiv.
