John Kaiser, how about issuing a tracker that explaines how your newsletter profits from the sale of information that has not generally been made available to the market? You call it research. I call it profiting from material information that has not been disclosed to the market. (or on a selective basis as you claim!) I call this a BIG conflict of interest. However it exists and we have learned to except it and move on. I suggest you do the same! John, a leak may have occurred in a 70 man field camp and it could be anyone. There is not much a company can do about this but I can assure you that ACA has strict security about results ie diamond counts. In their lab with only their employee's I imagine ACA will have no problem keeping things confidential. The fact that you issued 2 trackers to this issue shows us that you have completely blown this out of proportion!! You should stop watching the X-Files. Not everything is a big conspiracy.

This is what I think JK is referring to. Does this look like a leak? Just a speculative guess and hoped that a huge pipe can be found. What is the deal? here is the link to the March 22nd SI post. He refers to this as childish bragging. Right John!
