This was an annual report 10K, not a quarterly 10Q. They are normally much more detailed and closely controlled that the quarterly reports.

Furry: The rather obvious answer to your question is if they didn't submit it, they would have no choice but to be delisted.

Otter,
Allan was correct that I made a typo and this was a 10k. I believe and hope that you are correct that they will not be delisted from the NASDAQ. Many people are upset over the collapse of the stock price and rightfully so but I think it has blinded alot of people to the point that they can't look beyond that point any longer. What I read in the 10K went a long way in restoring alot of faith in what is going on and I can see why IPM is the institutional favorite of the dirts. Just my very humble opinion.
