We can thank Jimmy Chin for not working with the Capital Venture (Vulture) people. If he had, he would have a much smaller piece of the pie and we would be paying an IPO price of 10??? or greater. Instead, he did it without 'em and us little guys get a chance at a pre-IPO price. Got to love it.
