Dusty, Here it is for you and the others here.http://www.nasdaq.com/reference/scm.htm

The Small-Cap Nasdaq price requirments are $1 and I don't think they will wave those like they use to do.

For the National Nasdaq Market Listing companies must have a closing bid price of not less than $5 (not $4) and must maintain that bid price for 10 consective days before Nasdaq will even look at the other figures on the application.

I believe Largo's intentions are to get listed on the SMALL-CAP, because otherwise
I think all this talk of Nasdaq National listing is________________________ WAY_________________________________________ out in the future.

Not coming in with a bucket of cold water, I'm still very much invested in LGOV and believe they just might get to the point of a Small-Cap listing, as that price requirment is only $1 if they can meet the figures requirment.
Trying to be a little help.
Regards,
Malcolm
