To all;

Has BB ever expressed an opinion about brokerage services which offer multiple mutual fund families in a one-stop shopping scenario? I know he has named Vanguard as the fund of choice for a single fund, but what about the choice you get thru a brokerage such as Jack White, Schwab, and others?

Kirk: re:<some international companies are required to translate the local currency historical cost of such fixed assets into U.S. dollars for their consolidated balance sheets (a partial adjustment to current value just related to currency exchange rates). >

To further explain, such translation in U.S. dollars is done using the exchange rate in effect as of the balance sheet date.
