jhild: Re: Cisco acquisition.

Yes, it is indeed unfortunate that Cisco's management was unable to see eye-to-eye with us, and thus we were unable to consummate the merger between our two companies. I am sure Cisco's employees have been disgruntled with their management's actions, or lack thereof. An employee uprising would not surprise me.

Our facilities here in Sedona are first rate, the living conditions in the area are superb, and the views from our headquarters twin towers are unequaled in the World. I suppose many of the employees had already put in for transfers.

I think the main disagreement was our inability to come to terms with the positions to be held by their management. They are used to being top dog, and the thought of being relegated to Mailroom clerk assistants was just too much to handle.

Thus, Cisco went on their own acquisition binge.

It's a tough life, this financial world ...
