According to Mr.Brody (Broday? I forgot to ask him) it"s not a "done deal" yet, but sounds like it will be shortly(week or two?). I seem to recall someone saying to me years ago (in connection to I don't know what) "You have NO idea how MUCH money a gravel pit can generate". So when I heard about this, my reaction was, "Forget about banks, when this company needs money, they'll just dig some more out of the ground". I admit, on the surface, a company involved with movies, cosmetics, and a gravel pit seems to be a company in search of itself, but unlike Bob Newhart's famous "Grace L. Ferguson Airline & Storm Door Company", MDCE seems to know where the money is.
