Natural Healing has a licence with Nature's Formulae Health Products (a manufacturer of over 300 unique herbal products) to be the exclusive marketer of its products on the Internet. Jersey is advised that Natural Healing's e-commerce Web site will be operational in approximately three weeks and that marketing of products will be first directed at naturalpathic doctors and veterinarians and then to the general public. One director from Jersey will be nominated to the board of Natural Healing as long as Jersey maintains its investment therein. Jersey may increase its investment in Natural Healing from time to time.
