It may effect the price in a very positive way. The fact that they would make a public announcement of such a matter is unusual, I would not be surprised to see that this is just a device of Gary B. to play up the acquisition again with a news release when Wolfkey gives him the documentation in question. It may not be documentation of any significance like I said, just an excuse to have them come across with it and now with the news that they have given it to us, we add all the pretty details of the deal.
