The market seems to love nothing more than seeing WCII take on more debt. This is great! Unless of course, you're short...

"So 14 total US One switches - did WCII previously own them all? I know they were going to sell some... 5 are already sold? 2 left to sell? 7 now leased to BNY? "

It looks like WinStar bought the 14 switches for $100M.
They've already sold 5 for $36M.
The 7 WinStar wants to keep they sold to BNY for $42M, with some deal to lease them back from BNY.
They still have 2 switches they want to sell which I'll guess will bring in $10M.

So they paid $100M for 14 switches.
Sold all 14 for $88M.
And have a deal to lease the 7 they want.

It's not clear to me how they came out ahead in that deal (except in terms of time, which may be the most important consideration).

PS OK, if WinStar runs back up fast here, I'll take part of the credit for all your gains :-) (I don't want to hear it though if it moves down.) 50 more!!! Man, you're getting out of control. Now WinStar has to keep moving up or we'll have two crazies on our hands here.
