Betty Ann,

Don't sell yourself short, I've enjoyed your posts more than any other, and I'm a techie (if by that you mean engineer, not technical trader). I'm impressed with Rambus technology, but engineers are not always the best ones to ask about which company will do better. I would have invested in Betamax or Macintosh years ago, and Gateway 2000 recently, due to their superior performance, but marketing appears to be much more important (ie VHS, PCs, and Dell)

That's why I'm slowly coming around to being more bullish on RMBS, their licensing strategy is very smart.

Excellent post.

Re: <<PS: Thank you for the compliment, but I don't consider myself "very smart" about RMBS, I yield that description to Ibexx, and many others on the thread. No techie here, just trying to look at the big
picture.>>

It seems to me you show lots of savvy in seeing what matters to the big picture and what doesn't. Which is a large part of investing, isn't it?

Regards, Doug

Hi betty,
Message 3931138

wow...Jeff Jordan is right about you and your knowledge of RMBS...you are very smart indeed...you said...

However, I think Wall Street has a penchant for numbers.

I too believe this...tell me, betty, your honest opinion about RMBS pleasing WS on earnings day...will they meet, beat, or miss?
What do you anticipate the stock price to do until then?

I also believe once the sequential growth rates have been established, we'll be looking a much higher RMBS share prices so while there is greater risk with RMBS at the current levels

What kind of timeframe are you thinking of before sequential growth rates are established...next 3 months, this year, next year, 2 years???

waiting for earnings confirmation will cost.

What do you mean...perhaps the stock price coming DOWN again closer to $40?

Also, if you don't mind sharing...did you get IN on RMBS below 40 or even 40 last week...do you even hold shares today and do you hold OTC?

I truly appreciate your educated response to me, betty, now I'm waiting for Jeff Jordan's response if he doesn't mind.
