Throw fundamentals away, eh?

We are now back to where we were in January when
VLSI was going to miss ONE quarter by 0.08/share.
Yet things are vastly different now -- this quarter below
last year's, estimates coming down even into next year..

Yes, I switched from long to short at 18.5, and so am
a bit miffed at this point. I don't really see what's driving
this up except the momentum devotees, and upgrades
of semi-eq makers.

My 'roll' with VLSI seems to be over..., though this market
in general is getting spooky. ie: stock prices going up
while earnings estimates coming down...., the 'supply and
demand' theory of prices is the only thing that explains it.
A correction is coming, but who knows when?

wishing I was long...,
-Kevin

Dan, thanks for your explanation. I sold my VLSI position at 20 in the afternoon, which was bought at 18. I am content with 11% gain in half month.

Now what re-entry point would you recommend from TA? I saw weakness before close.
