I've been loosely following bits and pieces of what goes on these days regarding low emission engines and new technologies like GTL, or combustion-free cells like Ballard Power. They may or may not work. They may or may not prove economically viable. But this is the first I've seen where a company is going OEM with something this high-tech and advanced.

I've bought in and out of CTAL from 7 last year and never timed it right to make any money. But I'm in at 13 now (again) and look at the intraday chart for this past afternoon. Big volume and a strong up-tick at the close. Could it be that people can see this company making some money in the next Q or so?

Well, today is the first day closing above 14 since October.
I am really impressed with the volume reaction of the most
recent announcement. I would like to ask any and everyone's
opinion on a couple of things I read in the CTAL 10-K this week.
1. As of Feb. 28, 1998 there were only ~730 shareholders of
record for CTAL. What are your feelings? I think this stock is
relatively unknown and un-followed based on this.I feel there is real
upward movement potential if investment firms start pushing it
or if we gain some momentum as we seem to have done in the last
few days.
2. ASTRA was mentioned in the 10-K. I have seen no press release
about any agreements with them. I would think by getting a
mention in the 10-K there must be more than a few million
on the plate.
As has been said before, if anyone wants to get in cheap with CTAL, I think your timeframe has just gotten shorter.
Thanks in advance for any comments.
