Duane - note that "he always advocates buying these stocks during periods of weakness". I interpret that to mean that only during periods of weakness do they offer good value in his opinion. What else could that mean?

I am only casually following ETEC and only because they supply tooling to DPMI for mask making. But it seem that ETEC has pretty good investment fundamentals and a better chart than those of DPMI and CYMI. tscn.com Maybe I should pay more attention to ETEC. Regards, Tulvio
