Larry, you need a lot more info. Read the thread, go to their website, etc. You should get your research caught up to the level of your investment. L3 model is sort of a mix between Metromedia Fiber Network (MFNX) and Qwest (QWST). Take a look at both of those as well. Check out this link in particular and look for all references to Level 3. It's Kiewit's latest 10K. Lays out the ideas pretty well. sec.gov Re: stock price. I'm long as an investor, no longer have trading dollars in the stock. Don't know where it goes short term, probably not too far in either direction, but I believe in the company long term and expect excellent appreciation once L3 makes it more obvious to the market how they will make money.
