thats a good Question that NO ONE! has the answer all we can do is speculate
But just to give a quote a top notch market analyst on INTEL opinion TOM KURLAK says INTC should drop to 64 so we are still $11 ahead of here he thinks INTEL should be
but remember he is not GOD!

The supposed 64 is nothing magical, the general consensus for 1998 earnings is $3.22 * P/E of 20 = 64.4
Nobody knows but I don't think there is a rush to get in any time soon.
