Paul, funny you mention it, I kinda noticed it too. 50% gain for a 'strong buy' recommendation and 50% gain for a 'neutral' rating,go figure!!

Hank is getting murdered ..yahoo got a downgrade and went up 5 aol way up amzn flying...Good God this is insaine and I will never follow TA after this..Dell is his only short not in orbit and at least doubled including Dell...He has a paper loss equal to a fortune..

Paul,

"Unethical" (to be polite) is a more appropriate term in their case than "funny"!!....

I was just about to buy some shares of Dell when I saw this strong buy....I am about to cancel my purchase since Piper Jaffray seems to have a record of issuing buy recommendations just before huge downturns!!!!

I am sure they are selling heavily now!!
