<Can somebody please explain the volume and volatility of KRY on this particular day?? It just seems odd for such a short period of time...>

(Mostly) day traders expect the court decision to be announced on a Tuesday or a Thursday. Evidently, it won't be today; but next Tuesday is not too far away . . .

I believe Asensio is lying. Asensio planned this short attack for some time, that is what I believe. The first evidence that the short attack is completely planned would be the presence of the shills and touts that Asensio has hired to rile up all sources of information on the internet and in the media, go look at Stockhouse. I believe the first shill for Asensio probably appeared on this thread about six months before the planned attack. The posts of this shill would likely set some price lines in peoples minds and establish a neutral position. The purpose of this shill would be to protect the more vicious and unsavory characters that will follow in about 5 months when Asensio is ready to publish his attack. Asensio first publication is nothing but a collection of unpleasant terms, with an extremely high negative impact. I believe it is entirely possible Asensio arranged the suspension of VSE:SUS to "coincidentally" help his innuendo disguised as ignorance to fly. I believe this would require investigation and that could confirm Asensio set this little piece up for his short selling attack on Crystallex.

Go and read the first Asensio bulletin. What does it say. Oppenheimer took a job where the previous job holder and the previous job holders boss were the subject of a SEC investigation, which, apparently, cleared them. Asensio then points out the failure to pay sustaining fees by SUS. I believe it is possible that Asensio arranged to have those fees unpaid and launched his fraudulent attack once that had happened, that is my opinion.

I like the title line of his first piece "Coincidentally". I am sure it was just coincidental Asensio, sure.

For anyone who is interested in this, I am also posting on Stockhouse on the same topic.
