Humbly report, All, ISRAEL - Formula Systems Ltd. (FORM.TA) (FORTY - news) rose

4-7/8 to 45-3/8, a 12-month high, in light trade. Traders said the ADRs were likely moving in parity to their underlying issues.

''There's been good buying in the Israeli industrials overseas,'' one said.
