If memory serves me correctly, they have 810,000 warrants at an exercise price of $2.00. I believe that they have a 2 year life span.

I don't think CCM will exercise these warrants just because "they are in the money". Bear in mind that CCM is a company that purchased stock out of the open market, and that they hold 20% of Nortran stock. This would make them an insider, as such they would have to file any transactions bought or sold.

CCM invested in Nortran because they saw the value of this company early on. I think they will hold their warrants until the time is right to sell not only for CCM but for NRT as well. It does not cost CCM anything to hold onto their warrants, and by selling them now they could leave a large amount of money on the table.
