Lisa, OT Your message was well said and well received. I was just asking myself that same question and the reason I got back in was because I expected a gap up in the morning. Did I sell when I didn't get it??? NO. That is perhaps where the greater lack of discipline came in because yesterday I honestly felt that this would be the most likely place to be today to accomplish my daily goals. I actually sat down this morning and spent about an hour planning what I want to accomplish short term in the next month or so. I will definitely be taking the discipline approach to heart. Now I must trade my plan. THE MARKET WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE OPPORTUNITY TO THOSE READY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT. These are the hardest words to live by but I am relatively new to investing and have a lot to learn. Thank you for your words of insight and encouragement as I am always willing to listen to others and learn from them. Maybe I will learn the art of chicken trading and become a more disciplined investor. I will certainly endeavor to succeed. Catbabe admirer, Richard
