Thanks Kirby. OK, we also have 3,425,215 shares under options that were exercisable at 12/31 (average strike of $7.74). I think these shares were registered by an S-8 last fall, so we wouldn't see 144s for them. We would see Form 4s for any sold by officers, but they come as much as a month after the sale. Seen any? Perhaps this week (I forget the exact rules, but aren't they filed the first week of the following month after the sale?). Bob
