Trader; From what I've seen I doubt calling the company would produce a stright answer. My gut feeling on this last meeting they made noise about ( the convertables ) was sham..they knew going in it didn't have a chance. They might even want it to go to the OTC:BB ..if they can shake out all the common stock holders then the converables take over the company and pay themselves. If you can get information about if they have been put on notice it would likely come from the Nasdaq itself, rather than the company. Jim
