Dennis, Yahoo has a market cap of 4.7 Billion dollars, sitting at $102.75 on massive losses. Maybe if we send out a news release about our losses our stock price will go up too<g>.

But seriously (haw, haw), we need to find a company with positive earnings that can use the tax loss carry-forward we have. Its a key component of what we bring to the table.

It sounds like TMM may have found that company and I hope they can close the deal this time. Not historically their strong point but if you add up the company assets, including current and potential lawsuits, you could get 20 cents or more. That's a pretty good return from current prices, eh? Certainly high risk but mojo rewards possible.
