Arthur, - Mr. de Aguiar's pedigree appears to be impeccable. His international and domestic experience, not to mention his 4 years with Sear's - Mexico in design and <implementation>, "of one of the most advanced and integrated information systems currently implemented in that country," bodes well for AMES. His prior e-commerce background can be of immense value to Ames. He has international venture capital contacts (I'm sure), and Mr. Ettore said it best and I quote: "His, <Mr. de Aguiar's> extensive experience in strategic planning and global capital markets, combined with his financial management and operations skills make him an outstanding choice to build upon Ames' success.''" He appears to be a young Turk, and I mean that in the most-favorable way. This appointment has me excited. Ames Management Team, you've made a great choice to assist you in carrying the company forward into the next millennium, IMO. I bought 100 more shares solely on this announcement Gary,
