Attention All Shareholders:

AS an independent consultant in this matter, I am authorized to report to you:

Regarding the "hostile bid" new story
.
Message 3934308

Mr. Lambert Chan has informed me that his father's attorneys have examined the points in question. He further informs me that there is no concrete evidence that any news was leaked by any single individual. The consortium initiating the buyout has misinterpreted the statutes, there is nothing wrong with a company giving out news. The "quiet period" referred to is an injunction against individuals releasing information, not the release of information by the company.

Mr. Chan has forwarded a document to FBN Associates today, stating that his group is prepared to ."pay a 20% premium on the value of the stock at any time."

Further, Mr. Chan is expecting to see confirmation of his recent 13 filing within the month. At that time, his interest in the company will be public knowledge.

I believe we can put this hostile activity to rest for the time being, and I would like to reiterate Mr. Dennis' comment of yesterday, I believe that you will not lose one penny of value in your stock.
