"read the f---ing manual,Not to be confused with RTF (Rich Text Format), this acronym is the classic response of overworked technical support consultants to stupid user questions. "

I firmly believe that the $628K is included in the "consulting and other fees in the aggregate amount of $738,000 for services provided by directors and senior officers of the Company." that I previously cited.

"During the year ending December 31, 1997, the Company incurred consulting and other fees in the aggregate (collective, sum total) amount of $738,000 for services provided by directors and executive officers...The portion of the amount paid to the executive officers...is shown as their respective salaries for 1997..."

Alan Doyle..............153,000
John Yellich...............95,000
David Kornhauser...109,000
Paul Mentzer...........119,000
V.L. Furlong............217,000
Bill Allred..................45,000

Total.......................738,000

This 738,000 is the legal, secretarial, and consulting fees from items (a) and (b) in note 12. They are shown as salaries in the Summary Compensation Table and divided for tax purposes on the financials as charges to administration and deferred mineral exploration expenditures. The 628,000 you speak of is definitely not in addition to the 738,000.
